Did you know that BFG can now communicate changes to your orders within minutes and notify you instantly by e-mail or fax? Our exclusive S.M.A.R.T. Business software connects us directly with our vendors and our customers. We can transfer orders electronically to our vendors and they can respond and update the order details electronically to us. Our system automatically sends those updates on to our customers through our S.M.A.R.T. Link notification system. No more wondering if an order was input correctly or if it will ship on schedule. All order information is continually updated and communicated.
IMPORTANT -- You can customize how we notify you by clicking on My Account on our HOME PAGE and refining your S.M.A.R.T. Connect profile to choose e-mail or fax as your method of notification. You can also decide what you want to be updated about (new order acknowledgements, ship date changes, etc.) and who you want to receive specific information.
